Returns & Refund Policy

At The Skincare, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept unused, sealed merchandise in the same condition that you received it within 5 days of purchase for a refund or return.

Return Process

Customers are required to return the merchandise via courier service at their own expense to our designated return address.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Used products or items with broken seals

  • Gift cards

  • Electronics

  • Health and personal care items

  • Shipping fees, bank charges, or any third-party service charges

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received, please allow 3 to 5 working days for inspection and refund processing. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated, and the amount will be transferred through the same payment method used during purchase (Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card).

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again — it may take some time for the refund to appear.

  2. Contact your bank — there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@theskincare.com.pk and send your item back using a trackable courier service.

Shipping

Customers must ship the returnable merchandise at their own expense to our return address.
