We offer free standard shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

Please note that all delivery times and dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
For orders above PKR 25,000, advance payment is required. After confirming your order, our team will share bank account details for payment. Your order will be dispatched only after payment confirmation is received.
Customers who have previously canceled, rejected, or refused delivery may be required to pay an additional PKR 300 charge for their previous order. This fee will be added to their new order.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, for specific international delivery requests, please contact us at info@theskincare.com.pk.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services, which follow their own schedules.
Specific delivery time slots cannot be requested.
Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
